Why uTapiT

Most happy customers would leave a review if it took a few seconds. Finding the business on Google, opening the review box and thinking of what to write is where they give up, so the reviews a business deserves never get written.

uTapiT puts one printed link on every table, counter and bill. A tap or a scan opens the review page with no app and no login, offers a few ready drafts in English, Hindi, Hinglish or Marathi, and takes the customer straight to the business’s Google review page.

How we build it

• Every rating goes to Google. We never hide or filter low ratings, and we never post a review for anyone. The customer chooses the stars and presses submit on Google themselves.
• Reviews in the customer’s own words. Drafts are a starting point the customer can edit, built from how people in India actually write reviews, so no two customers of a business get the same text.
• Customers stay anonymous. We don’t ask for their name, phone number or email. See Privacy.
• Honest numbers. The dashboard shows what really happened, from scans to clicks through to Google.

CarveIT Labs
