How your uTapiT products reach you.

Digital delivery

Your uTapiT software and the free digital QR for each location are delivered instantly. As soon as your account is set up you can view, print and share your review links from the dashboard — there is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.

Physical hardware and kits

Review cards, table stands, premium plates and kits are made to order. Each item is encoded with your permanent uTapiT link and quality-checked before it leaves us.

• Dispatch: orders are typically programmed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of a confirmed payment.
• Delivery time: once dispatched, delivery within India usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
• Tracking: we share a tracking number and carrier as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping charges & areas

We currently ship across India. Any applicable shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. If we are unable to deliver to your pin code, we will contact you and arrange a refund for that order.

Delays and issues

Couriers can occasionally be delayed by factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order reference and we will make it right. Damaged or defective items are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.
