How uTapiT may be used.

The terms for using uTapiT — acceptable use of review products, billing, and the limits we enforce. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Last updated: 17 October 2026. These terms are between you and CarveIT Labs, which provides uTapiT (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

uTapiT is a product of CarveIT Labs, Sangamner, Maharashtra, India.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, for the Google destination you configure, and for the people you invite into your business account.

Acceptable use

  • Do not offer customers rewards, discounts or gifts in exchange for a positive review.
  • Do not use uTapiT to collect reviews for a business you do not operate.
  • Do not attempt to filter, discourage or divert customers who choose a low rating.
  • Do not present suggestion text as though it were written by uTapiT staff or customers.

We may suspend an account that uses the product to manipulate reviews.

AI suggestions

Suggestions are drafting help for the customer, who decides whether to use them. We do not guarantee any particular volume, rating or wording, and we do not guarantee that a review will be published by Google.

Plans, billing and taxes

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and may include limits on locations and review products. Physical products are charged separately. Prices are shown in Indian rupees; any applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged as required by law and shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, uTapiT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for reviews that were not written or published, or for any matter outside our reasonable control; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Relationship to Google

uTapiT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Google. We link customers to Google’s own review page and they submit their review there themselves. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date shows when they last changed, and continued use means you accept the change.
