How uTapiT may be used.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, for the Google destination you configure, and for the people you invite into your business account.

Acceptable use

• Do not offer customers rewards, discounts or gifts in exchange for a positive review.
• Do not use uTapiT to collect reviews for a business you do not operate.
• Do not attempt to filter, discourage or divert customers who choose a low rating.
• Do not present suggestion text as though it were written by uTapiT staff or customers.

We may suspend an account that uses the product to manipulate reviews.

AI suggestions

Suggestions are drafting help for the customer, who decides whether to use them. We do not guarantee any particular volume, rating or wording, and we do not guarantee that a review will be published by Google.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and include limits on locations, review products and AI generations. Physical products are charged separately. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We work to keep the customer review flow available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we are not liable for reviews that were not written.

uTapiT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Google. We link customers to Google's own review page and they submit their review there themselves.
