Features

Everything needed to turn a visit into a review.

uTapiT is a full platform: physical products with permanent links, an guided customer flow, and the analytics to know whether any of it is working.

Customer experience

Made for one thumb on a phone.

Tap or scan, nothing else

No app, no login, no form. The page opens straight into the rating question.

Accessible star rating

Large targets, keyboard operable, screen-reader labelled, and identical for all five ratings.

Suggestions, not scripts

Three to five honest drafts matched to the chosen rating, with nothing invented.

Copy and continue

One tap copies the text and opens Google's own review page for the customer to submit.

Fast on mobile data

The customer page is server-rendered and ships almost no extra code.

Anonymous by design

No name, email, phone or IP address is collected from the customer.

Business tools

Run it like real infrastructure.

Product management

Rename, activate, deactivate, reassign a location or change a destination at any time.

QR and NFC export

Download the QR as PNG or SVG and copy the exact URL your NFC tags should carry.

Multi-location from day one

Locations, products and analytics are separate layers, whether you have one site or a hundred.

Funnel and rating analytics

Scan to Google-click conversion, rating distribution, product and location comparison.

Suggestion usage control

Monthly generation counts against your plan limit, with per-visit abuse protection.

Roles and permissions

Owners and admins manage settings; members can view. Platform admins stay separate.

What uTapiT will not do

The limits are the point.

A review tool that cheats is a liability. These boundaries are built into the product, not a policy page.

  • No review gating — low ratings are never diverted away from Google.
  • No automated submission and no interference with Google's website.
  • No invented details in suggestions: no dishes, staff names, prices or wait times.
  • No claim that a review was posted — Google never reports that to anyone.
  • No incentives for positive reviews built into the customer flow.
