How it works

A tap, a rating, a review — in the customer's own words.

Four steps for the customer, one setup for you. Google's final rating and submit step always stays with the customer.

01

Tap or scan

The customer taps the NFC product with their phone or scans the printed QR. Your uTapiT link opens — no app and no login.

02

Choose a rating

Five large star buttons. Whatever they choose, the flow continues the same way. We record the rating so you can see real sentiment.

03

Read a few suggestions

uTapiT writes three to five short drafts that honestly match that rating. The customer picks one, or writes their own on Google instead.

04

Copy & continue to Google

The chosen text is copied to their clipboard and Google's official review page opens. They select their rating there, paste and submit.

Suggestion for 4 stars

Really good visit to ABC Restaurant. A few small things to polish, but I would happily come back.

Behind the scenes

Why the link belongs to you.

A permanent uTapiT URL

Each product carries a code such as UTP_8F4K29 and a link like utapit.com/r/UTP_8F4K29. That never changes, even when everything behind it does.

Resolved on our side

We look up the business, location, branding, destination and settings at the moment of the scan — so a change in the dashboard applies instantly.

Never the Google URL on the tag

Writing Google's link into the hardware would freeze it forever. Ours keeps analytics, campaign tracking and reassignment possible without touching the card.

For your team

Setup takes about two minutes.

Create your business, paste your Google review link, choose a product type. Your first uTapiT link is live at the end of onboarding.
